In an effort to combat overcrowding in Richmond County jails the District Attorney is now offered to release anyone that can complete his daily WORDLE.
DA Jared Williams stated that he thought that if a person accused of a crime could complete the complex word puzzle there was hope for them to be rehabilitated.
“This WORDLE was handpicked by my staff. It is my opinion that as long as they can complete it they should be released. This WORDLE is very specific and complex. It was not designed so that just anyone could complete it,” said Williams.
A week after implementing the new rule hundreds of alleged voters criminals were released.
