After having a hard time coming up with bail money Mayor Hardie Davis proposed paying the fee for Sias.
“He is one of us. We stand beside him for now and I have no problem helping him pay the bond,” Davis stated.
When questioned on what he would do about the charge if Sias was found guilty Davis indicated he would form a blue ribbon panel to discuss the matter if and when it became an issue.
