RCSO jailer Darrol Lamar Boxton, 49, was charged with Forged/Counterfeit Trademarks, Service Marks, according to a press release.
It was later found that included in the contraband were propaganda promoting Sheriff Roundtree’s Car 1 to Dispatch YouTube series.
When asked for comment Roundtree responded that “We will take all of the media attention we can get. We love the media exposure and have a great relationship with all of the local outlets.
It is unclear if the seized merchandise will be resold or held in evidence for safe keeping.
