Commissioners have given up on a forensic audit to prove the fraud the mayor has committed last 6+ years. Instead now they are going to have a “Slap Hardie Day” where each commission gets one slap against the mayor to show their disgust over his antics the last few years.
The majority of the commission is on board with the proposal while a few holdouts suggested that we just be allowed to tickle him with a feather for 10 minutes straight instead.
Mayor Davis responded saying he was ok with the proposal as long as it didn’t cost him any of his personal money and if medical attention was needed he could go to prompt care using his government credit card.
