Mayor Davis has proposed that he be the next city administrator. In return the city will double his salary which will still be less than what Odie Donald was being paid thus saving the city money.
“I want my free lunches back. I will take double my current salary, my free lunches and an agreement to never be audited,” Davis said. “Under those circumstances I am willing to be the new administrator.
