Augusta officials have finally admitted that they use reverse discrimination and race in hiring practices.

County Manager / City Administrator, Odie Donald stated this past Tuesday that once the new non-discrimination ordinance was passed the discrimination would have to stop or there would a slew of complaints of reverse discrimination.

Desiring to continue to discriminate, the county commission has decided to kill the non-discrimination ordinance.

Mayor Davis stated that he will continue to attend the black mayors conference and hunt for employees while stating that if any white mayor or commission did the same that would not be ok.
