Donald stated, “The cost will be zero. It’s just math. It’s just economics. We are going to borrow part of the money and the rest will be paid for through alternative sources.”
When questioned on what “alternative sources” Donald was referring he stated that they were going to have all city employees put their kids tooth fairy money into one big pot to help fund the project instead of giving it to their kids.
The city employees kids immediately protested the suggestion stating that they were going to unionize and hold their teeth hostage inside their mouths until the matter was resolved.
What has he been smoking?? The alternative source will be increase in property taxes.
